Our History

As an honest and ethical business owner, Ran Silva brought his business knowledge from Dubai, UAE to California when he moved to California in 1991.

He started as a Facilities Engineer managing two high-rise buildings in Los Angeles before moving closer to home to work at the Claremont Colleges where he served for 20 years. During his first year, he received the “Employee of the Year” award. He proved himself as a hardworking man, which helped him to get promoted as Facilities Manager for one of the seven Claremont Colleges.

He became a California Licensed Contractor in 1995 and earned business with his work ethic, honesty, and smile. He has not had to advertise his business as all his work comes as referrals up until 2021. Ran resigned from the Claremont Colleges and started his own business full-time, moving onto residential and long-term commercial projects.
